 Cancellation Policey

Due to the short summer season we have instated the following policy. 

All summer reservations once made become final. We are a small family owned resort and do not have the luxury of over-booking for the summer weeks. We receive more requests than we have cabins/chalets to book for the summer and 99% of these are from previous years guests, or are booked by March-April for the up-coming summer. We receive very few reservation requests after that time as people plan for a full week of vacation during the summer well in advance of the summer months. Once payment is made via check or held by giving us your credit card information, you are considered booked and a cancellation will result in you being charged the full amount.

If you notify us in writing to re-book your week, we will make every attempt to re-book your week, and in the event we do so you will be refunded the entire amount. If we discount the week to help re-book the unit you will be refunded the amount less the discount. If we are unable to re-book, or you simply do not show up for your week, you will be charged the full amount.

By giving your credit card information, or paying by check, you are agreeing to the terms of this cancellation policy.
