Three Bedroom Chalet Rates are as follows:

* Chalet 19 is $100.00 more per week, and $25.00 more per night. It has two bathrooms.

* Deluxe cabins are $100.00 additional, limited number available.

** Tip Up Town  week is Tuesday-Monday. No more than 12 adults, no guests. A guest is any person not included in the 12, that enters the unit or stays on the resort common grounds.

ATTENTION: ALL UNITS

A cleaning fee/damage deposit is required upon check in. To receive the deposit back YOU MUST CHECK OUT with the office or make

arrangements PRIOR to your departure. This can be a VALID credit card imprint, or cash. NO EXCEPTIONS. Check out time is 11:00

a.m., if you require check out before the office opens at 9:00 a.m., please let us know in advance. Failure to check out may result in

forfeiture of cleaning/damage deposit.  Please be patient when checking out, we need to walk through your unit in order to refund

your deposit. Inspection is completed on a first come, first checked out basis. Bag all garbage and place it in bins. No loose garbage,

pizza boxes, etc. can be placed in bins. OUR GARBAGE COMPANY WILL NOT REMOVE LOOSE TRASH FROM THE RECEPTACLE!!

Pets require an additional deposit and fee of $70.00 per week (cabins) and $140.00 per week (chalets). Under 3 days, $40.00 (cabins), $70.00 (chalets). You are required to clean up after your pet, inside and outside. If your dog is a digger, or not good around srtangers, it will be a problem. One pet per unit and you must notify us of any pet when you arrive. No pet may be left unattended in a unit unless it is in a cage. Any pet not reported at check in will result in DOUBLING of the pet fees, and may terminate your reservation, WITHOUT REFUND. 


We rent snowmobiles, ATV's, waverunners, pontoon boats, ski-boats and fishing boats. We have varying rates throughout

each season, so please send us an email or call our toll free number to inquire about rates for specific days.

Sample Peak Season Rates are as follows:

Snowmobile Rental  $175.00 for 8 hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or  $200.00 for 24 hours (commencing at 9am or 6pm)

Snowmobile Rental  $50.00 more per day for Two Person Snowmobile Rental

ATV Rental  $65.00 per hour (2 hour minimum) or  $175.00 for 8 hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

Full face snowmobile helmet rental  $10.00 per day, ATV helmet and goggle rental  $10.00 per day

Waverunner Rental  $65.00 per hour (single rider) or Two Person Waverunner Rental  $75.00 per hour

Pontoon Boat Rental rates range from  $175.00 to  $225.00 for 10  hours, towing 100.00 additional.

Ski Boat Rental  $400.00 for 10  hours, or  $100.00 per hour

Fishing Boat Rental  $50.00 for 10  hours
